I've just noticed that if you apply the first patch the second one will be unnesessary, because it does exactly the same the second time, so only the first patch makes sense.
OK, if the first patch overcomes the problems that you were having with RTP-over-TCP in Windows (there doesn't seem to be a problem with other OSs), then I'll add it to the next release of the software.
