I am using RTSP to receive RTP packets and found some video is not
smooth enough.
So I am wondering if any RTP packets get dropped or not, it there
any function or callback I can know??
Look at how "openRTSP" implements the "-Q" option to get 'quality of
service' (including packet loss) statistics.
