If the live555 library can handle SIP request just like "register","invite" ? I saw a sipClient.cpp in the source but I can not see the "register" method of sip implemented in the file , does the lib not support the method now ?
No. The library currently supports the "INVITE", "ACK" and "BYE" commands only.
