While most of the packets are sent in sequence, a few are delivered out of sequence.
You are mistaken. Because the code runs in a single thread, packets for each output stream will be sent in the proper order.
(The only reason I can think of why you might be seeing what you're describing is that you're trying to access the library using more than one thread. If you're doing this, then stop - read the FAQ.)
