Cant the AMR and H263 RTP SInk and the H263plus VideoStreamFramer and AMR AUdioStream Framer be used for streaming AMR and H263 packets from a media file(.mpg or so)?
Yes, except that ".mpg" files don't contain AMR or H.263 data! --
