I have an axis camera that is only accessible from a specific computer (A).
I also have other computers that need to have access to the MPEG4
feed of this camera,
but these computers ONLY have access to computer A.
It seems to me that this is your real problem. You should fix your
network so that the computers that want to access your stream can
contact your server.
Is it possible to stream the live feed from the camera using
computer A (working as a relay server)
No, not with the sofware that we currently make available.
