Yes, you're right - this is a bug. I'll try to fix it soon.
Will you remove RTCP-over-HTTP entirely or just send it on the other
channel - if that's even allowed?
RTCP is a mandatory part of the RTP/RTCP standard, so the client will
continue to sent RTCP "RR" packets - but interleaved over the "POST"
(client->server) channel.
