I've seen (thanks to wireshark) in the SDP : "Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:96 MP4V-ES/5544"
You don't need to use wireshark to see this - you will also see it in the diagnostic output from "openRTSP".
Therefore, the server is telling you that the RTP timestamp frequency is 5544. This is very unusual, because a timestamp frequency of 90000 Hz is recommended, and used by everyone else (for MPEG-4 Video), as far as I know.
And my last question: "the value jitter that is given in the stats (QoS stats) is the mean jitter?"
