you are right. It seems that the filter
MPEG2TransportStreamFromPESSource does not generate correct PCR data
For some reason, the "MPEGProgramStreamParser" code is not
finding/parsing the SCR timestamps in your Program Stream File.
Could you please put your original Program Stream file on a web
server, and send us the URL, so we can download and test it for
ourselves, to help track down the problem.
