I build up a RTSPServer (e.g testMPEG4VideoStreamer in the testProgs),Somebody ever say that it can play the video directly in the VLC player with openning the UPL:rtsp://x.x.x.x:8554/teststream.
Yes, but it should be "testStream", not "teststream". --
