I would like to know if you could recommend me any open-source software that is capable of streaming scheduled/broadcast/multicast media contents and support RTCP properly.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for, but our various "test*Streamer" demo applications (in the "testProgs" directory) show how to stream a file via RTP multicast, with (of course) RTCP working correctly.
