If I have a live stream that is being recorded, can the server send
t="<time recording started> 0" as part of SDP?
According to SDP RFC (rfc 4566),
If the <stop-time> is set to zero, then the session is not bounded,
though it will not become active until after the <start-time>. If
the <start-time> is also zero, the session is regarded as permanent.
The client then will then have an option to request either live (range=
"now -") or range="<start time> <end time>"
