I tried to find some simple testing program demoed the muxing of
elementary streams with the MPEG2TransportStreamFromESSource
implementation and couldn't yet.
There's an example of this in the code for our "wis-streamer"
application (see <http://www.live555.com/wis-streamer/>). Note, in
particular, the file
"WISMPEG2TransportStreamServerMediaSubsession.cpp".
