If i m streaming an mpeg4 file through LIVE ,i want to know whether the presentation time stamp calculated based on the frames per second value of mpeg4 input file
Yes. Note the "MPEG4VideoStreamParser" class (in "MPEG4VideoStreamFramer.cpp").
