I looked into the code, and found that the problem was the "H263plusVideoFileServerMediaSubsession" class. It was (incorrectly) using a (now-obsolete) static RTP payload type. I have now fixed it to use a dynamic RTP payload type.
I have now installed a new version (2007.12.07) of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" software that includes this fix.
