No. The data stream for a RTSP/RTP session is one-way only (server->client).
I'm absolutely lost that I don't even know how the RTSP and
RTP standard protocol work in this scenario.
You probably can't. For two-way communication, you probably want
SIP, rather than RTSP. However, we don't support SIP (except in a
limited way, as a client only).
