The RTCP "BYE" packet (from the server) is your server is explicitly 
saying "I'm ending the streaming of the stream now".  The client then 
(correctly) handles this by shutting down.

So, you will need to figure out why your server has chosen to end the 
stream.  (You may need to ask Axis about this.)
