Hello, I'm going to utilize liveMedia library for MRCP implementation.
According to RFC 4463 When a media server implementing MRCP over RTSP receives a PLAY, RECORD, or PAUSE RTSP method from an MRCP resource URL, it should respond with an RTSP 405 "Method not Allowed" response. For these resources, the only allowed RTSP methods are SETUP, TEARDOWN, DESCRIBE, and ANNOUNCE. Unfortunately liveMedia (RTSPServer) has nos support for RTSP ANNOUNCE method.
