I had a similar issue some time ago. Try to get your loopback address before
setting your listening interfaces, this fixed my problem :
// first
netAddressBits ourAddress = ourSourceAddressForMulticast(*env);
// then
SendingInterfaceAddr = ...
ReceivingInterfaceAddr = ....
