Hi Luigi and wg

As an implementer and co-author of 6831 I support adoption of this
document. There are multiple implementations and I believe this is
more than ready for standards-track.

For 8378bis, I have not worked on that myself but I believe it is the
best way of doing multicast with lisp and it's important to get this
on the standards-track.

Support adoption of both.
