Since multiple LISP mapping systems *was* in the charter, I would like to
request this document to be a working group document:
This mapping system scales really well and is easier to configure and requires
less multi-organizational coordination than LISP-DDT. I have implemented it and
test scaled it to 1M mapping entries across a 10 map-server cluster size.
Are there any objections to making this a working group document?
