I always move files from my phone to my pc; so i wouldn't have to keep navigating to the directory i decided to create a symlink in my home folder So I ran `ln -s /the/path/i_don't_wanna /have_to_/navigate/to/anymore /home/myusername` Now when I open file explorer in Lubuntu 16.10 it shows a file with the name I gave the symlink If I double click on it, it asks me what program I wanna open it with I thought I was creating kind of a pseudo directory mirror of the directory How do I do what I wanna do?
