Can't boot up from flash but from nfs

hi,

         I boot up Linux kernel with ramdisk successfully from NFS(kernel in 
flash, ramdisk in NFS),
but when I write the ramdisk to flash, boot linux from flash totally, it panic 
when kernel lauch the
bash, has anybody meet such problem?
