Thanks for the advice. But I don't really need help with setting up the network. I'm sure everything is ok since all programs (p2p and others) work fine. I can just use ApexDC++, but I'm here to improve DC++. I have experience as a software developer, so I am ready to run any tests, collect logs or somehow help to localize the problem.
