This patch will only update the hub that needs to be changed. I don't
see any performance difference at all with this.

I also updated the favorite hubs frame to be the same
(nothing/unconnected/connected).

Bug description:
  Just as stated in the title: I think there is no need to display the hubs in 
the hublist which the user is already connected to.
  Some hubs still allow multiple connection from the same client and this would 
be one way to avoid this happenning occasionally.
