Looking further in dwt in a few spots there are Get/SetWindowLong (not
GWLP/SWLP!) calls sprinkled throughout and I'm on 64 bit using a 64 bit
exe my first question ... Why would there even be non-GWLP/SWLP calls in
the first place? When the MSDN docs clearly mention it's deprecated
<https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-
us/library/windows/desktop/ms644898(v=vs.85).aspx> ... could it be the
cause of the issues I've had...

Title:
  DC++ does not update contents of chat on tab change (Win 10)

Status in DC++:
  New

Bug description:
  After leaving DC++ running for a while with a few hubs open, when I
  change from Tab-A to Tab-B, the contents of Tab-A continue to show
  even though Tab-B is chosen. Only the text of chat is not updated, the
  rest of the frame (Userlist, statusbar, etc) is all shown to reflect
  the proper tab, I believe this to be an issue of thumbnail previews.
