- Detailed description of the issue :
At some point, bottom window ( where transfers are shown ) semihide itself near 
the bottom of the application. When you drag it up, it does not go up, you can 
drag it down but not up. Aparently randomly you can drag it up, but maybe once 
in a 15 or 20 times.

- Steps to reproduce
Just wait until it semihides and then try to drag it up

- Expected results
Bottom window should be dragged up, showing again its content.

Bottom window does not drag up
