When a transfer is going (Upload or Download) the transfer columns do
not constantly update ... none of the columns refresh to show the
progress of the current transfer, the only way to see the updated
columns is by manually highlighting the item in transferview which will
then update all of the columns (including the custom drawn progress bar)
