The hub seems to be using download blocking depending on profiles. Please make sure this problem happens on other hubs as well or discuss it with the hub staff to make sure if it's not a hubside issue.

When such happens it is necessary to restart the same download. Have experienced the problem a couple of times, so it's necessary to keep an eye in order to complete download of a list of files.
