Well, the only kind of commands that would normally hit this barrier are the ones that display large amount of text in the chat. Afaik the richtext chat buffer is 128 KiB long in DC++, therefore I believe (parts of) larger outputs should be lost anyway. I don't know how large the security impact is between sizes of 16 KiB and 256 KiB but if the above thinking is valid then 128 KiB should be enough by default.
