fixed by simplifying something; however i forgot why i made it more
complex in the first place.
the transfer list might (or might not) seem more "jumpy" when new
connections are created. needs testing...

Bug description:
When getting a filelist, allow the filelist download to finish, when
it says Idle in the status section, right click the same user from the
same hub and re-get the filelist, what happens is the custom drawing
goes awry I will attach an image to show this (once I mark this bug
private)
