i can understand that, but i believe that having everything into the
same language can be more "inviting" to users. as for the translation
invitation, i believe it would be more effective to have it translated
rather than having it in english

Bug description:
  I noticed in the help file that not every string is translatable on
  Launchpad. For example: "Help for DC++" in the help window, "File
  translated from English. Chip in!" at the bottom of almost every page,
  "DC++ Changelog", "See the version history of DC++ below.", "Compiling
  DC++" and every instruction to compile DC++
