the data is spread over various different drives and they are always connected to the PC. So far I didn't get any TTH error messages, and like said before uploads resumed automatically after hashing finished and completed without problems, so tth must match

It's rehashing between 20-30% of the share, even if no files or folders were changed. It's doing that at every new start and taking long time. Meanwhile share dropped that amount. After it's finished rehashing files end up with identical tth and uploads will resume.
