This version solves all the shortcomings: it provides a getBM method that doesn't require any arguments, and provides both the hasTTH and hasBloom methods as functions (so we call getBM) and as methods of the BloomManager object.

The attached patch adds a hasTTH method to the BLOOM plugin interface so other plugins can do this request.
