The download is actually finishes it crashes after but with an assertion
failure ( http://minus.com/mgPbchRmI#1o ) before the crash :

If you cancel a download, backup the temp file, readd the same item and do a
recheck integrity, the finished file will be corrupted with some 0's in the
middle so seems the rechecker currently marks the unfinished leaf good and adds
to the queue....
