I guess you are talking about NMDC hubs. If it's true then you must set
up your system correctly, because such hubs use default system encoding.
Check Windows control panel, Regional and language settings (are
whatever it's called in your language), you must set arabic language
there for applications not using unicode (I hope I remember this
correctly, because it's long time ago I changed it for a last time)

  cant use arabic anymore in vista

Bug description:
  Hello,

  before it was possible to use Arabic in the hub main chat and the private 
chat between users. 
  but with windows 7 and vista its not possible anymore.

  vista users gets ( ????? ) instead of getting the Arabic. 
  but with windows xp everything is ok. 

  what i can think of is that something changed between xp and vista.
  but shouldn't DC++ go with it ? 
  i think it should be possible to use Arabic in hubs as usual. but we cant now 
without being able to use Arabic. 

  please is there anyway to provide Arabic for us Arab users.
