The text "ДАРВИН" is uppercase, "дарвин" is lowercase. Hub encoding was set to CP1251.
I decided that the bug is in LinuxDC++ because every search with cyrillic (all lowercase or some uppercased) string finds only those files whose name have _exact_ match with searched string.
