Question #89369 on LinuxDC++ changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/linuxdcpp/+question/89369

    Status: Open => Needs information

Steven Sheehy requested for more information:
The DC++ core will rehash a file only if it's filename (case
insensitive), size or last modified time has changed since it was last
hashed. Where are you storing your share? Perhaps it is on some
filesystem that is updating the modified time when you remount it. I
seem to recall some issue with networked file systems causing files to
rehash due to something similar.
