I have the same problem on Ubuntu karmic koala 64bit edition. I have checked my
network settings, and I think the settings are correct.
This machine is behind a firewall. My router is configured to forward a port to
this machine. The port and the external IP are specified correctly on the
preferences dialog's connection tab (Firewall with manual port forward).
Choosing passive or active mode has the same effect: search, browse file list
doesn't work at all.

Status in Linux DC++: Invalid

Bug description:
Now I have:

LinuxDC++ version: 1.0.3
Core version: 0.698

CentOS 5.2 i386

The problem is:

When I connect to a hub, I can normally see the chat and user list, but when I
try to find some files the searching doesn't bring any results. I've also tried
to download some file-lists, but without success.

I had have those problems with Linux DC++ also when I had Arch linux before and
also Fedora Core 7 and 8. It is some kind of a persistent problem I'm having
all the time. But when I reboot to Windows trying win dc++ client, it works...
So it is surely not a fault of my ISP or something...

It doesn't matter, if I am connected active or passive.

Here are some other people who have the same problem:

Thanks a lot....
