That is up to scan sequence. In S2885, CPU0 link0 is linked AMD8151, and link2 is connected to ADM8131.
If scan from link 0, bus 1 will be used by AMD851 AGP device and bridge, and bus 2 will be used by AGP adapter. So amd8131/amd111 will start from bus 3.
