Using TAPE Drive and Zipdrive on Intel machine

   I am able to dump file to a tape drive "dd if=/etc/fstab of=/dev/tape1 " and
restored it.

   1.  How-to   do a rewind without  "#cp rew 201" ???

   2.  How- to  get  the device(tape) avable to  linux  without rebooting  ???

    Does any one knows how-to get the   Iomega  ZipDrive(100)   working(runing
on PPport)  on  IntelMachine(SuSE 7.1) ???
