Did you use PuTTY to connect via SSH to the installation environment, when
you were installing? I gather PuTTY is not working after installation?

If it worked during installation, but not after, I'm thinking of two
possibilities:

1. Has PuTTY stored the installer public key for your host / IP address?
2. Did you say yes to firewall support?

Another test to isolate this is to try and telnet to port 22 or your
installation. If you can connect, it would be 1. above, otherwise it may
well be 2.

I hope this helps!

DS..
