I have the same issue after updating to version: fixes/0.24 [v0.24.1-119-g4f6c691]
Just run from frontend via terminal and all themes seem to have a missing xml file - "ThemeInfo, Error: The theme (/usr/share/mythtv/themes/Gray-OSD) is missing a themeinfo.xml file.
