I think I managed to get something:
By adding the following HDMI display modes I managed to get 4k output on
the A31(!)
{ HDMI2160P_20, 200000000, 0, 3840, 2160, 4400, 384, 176, 118,
2250, 82, 8, 14, 0, 1, 1 },
{ HDMI2160P_25, 200000000, 0, 3840, 2160, 4100, 144, 116, 88, 2200,
32, 8, 10, 0, 1, 1 },
I actually do not get 25Hz on the second mode but 23..
