I installed patched lilo (0.21-15 from redhat distribution sources) and used
separate lilo.conf for each disk as its described in Boot+Root+Raid+Lilo
HOWTO from metalab.unc.edu. It works - now my debian starts from each disk,
even after swapping them or uplugging one of them.
