Cannot compile Kernel w/ MegaRaid support

Hi Group,
        I cannot get 2.2.13-16 to complete a compile. It has all kinds
of missing references, unititialized variables, etc...

        I am able to compile and run 2.0.38 patched w/ megaraid
patches.

        Has anyone had success or any ideas?!?
