An Option from Dell support,
I worked with my L4 and we found we can use the commands below to point to the older repository. The bootstrap.cgi cpmmand need to be adjusted per the syntax below instead of https://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/DSU/bootstrap.cgi We need to add "DSU_22.03.11" the 22.03.11 is the desired older repositories release date and file names. Example: https://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/DSU_22.03.11/bootstrap.cgi repository 22.03.11 is the one that has the RHEL/CEntOS 7 files. the latest OMSA we can use is 10.1.x for your version of CentOS 7. But I am guessing you can use the latest version of the independent together with the "old" version of the dependent repository.
