The iDRAC firmware versions you referred to are for the T640 (iDRAC9) and not 
applicable to the T630 (iDRAC8).

iDRAC8 firmware version 2.80.80.80 released on 11 May 2021 is currently the 
latest available for the T630 and has not been revoked.
