Hi Libor,

We do not provide support for servers below 12th generation in Lifecycle
controller catalog.
That's the reason you are observing "No update is available..."

Alternatively, you can create a customized catalog using Dell Repository
Manager tool (DRM) for 11th generation servers and then feed it to LC.
But the catalog needs to be saved in .gz format (i.e. catalog.xml.gz).

Please let us know if you face any difficulties.

Regards,
Sashi

Hello,
i'm trying to update bios on some 11th generation servers using lifecycle
controler, no luck here.
It says "No update is available. Make sure that Windows catalolg and Dell
update Package for WIndows are used." (screenshot attached) I tried
ftp.dell.com and ftp.us.dell.com What can I do with that?

Thanks,
Libor
