[media-ctl][PATCHv5 5/5] libmediactl: get rid of memset via using calloc

The code snippet
        x = malloc(sizeof(*x));
        memset(x, 0, sizeof(*x));
could be easily changed to
        x = calloc(1, sizeof(*x));
